Love, Light, and Laughter

All that we do and don't do, coupled with our mindset and those we allow in our circle of influence - is ENERGY... either positive or negative. Energy is never neutral.

At our core, we are electrical, energetic beings of light and love.

"Blown lightbulbs: It's easy for spirits to manipulate electricity and cross wires, so to speak, because both spirits and electricity are forms of energy that vibrate at a high frequency and are highly charged. Look for lights flickering in the house, lightbulbs blowing out or disturbance with television sets, radios, appliances and computers. These are all typical spirit moves, and often just their way of saying hello."

"Toddlers: Have you ever noticed that kids can say the most insightful things—wise beyond their years—at just the right time? Young children often serve as little messengers for our departed loved ones and spirit guides. The departed connect easily with children because they live in the present moment and are much more dialed in to their intuitive senses. They feel and sense the presence of Spiritand will relay messages from beyond without judgment or question."

I have experienced both of the aforementioned metaphysical phenomenons. 

The "Blown Lightbulb" occured after a 'Spirit Visitation' (a vivid life-like dream) from my mom. The "Toddler" guidance came out of the mouth of my then 3-year-old daughter.

Whatever we struggle with, the resolution lies in lifting our vibration... keeping your energy and aura positive. 

This is done via a plant-based diet, exercise, walking in nature, listening to uplifting music, hydration, staying on the 'high road' as often as you can; and watching a comedy (or any medium that elicits laughter - not at someone else's expense - which is food for the SOUL).

Most people who have had a NDE (Near Death Experience) say almost the same things... One commonality is the amazing Being of Light that they have a telepathic conversation with, many say the same, "The entity has a sense of humor" ... You plead with this loving presence to stay in that environment, to remain in this place. The Being reminds you that you are LOVED without conditions but it's not your time and you have to return.
